1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• A return request is submitted within 7 days after delivery.
• The item must be returned to us within 14 days after the return request is approved.

Please note:
Due to the unique nature of our hand-carved and natural material products (such as mammoth ivory and animal tusks), minor variations in color, texture, or carving are normal and not considered defects.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

• Customized or personalized items
• Items on sale or marked as “Final Sale”
• Items damaged by improper use or handling
• Products returned without prior authorization

3. Return Process

• A brief reason for return
• Photos of the item showing its condition

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.
Please do not send items back without prior approval.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs duties (if applicable).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during shipping.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card).

Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected].
Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
